🥦 Sautéed Mushroom and Broccoli Stir-Fry

Quick, healthy, and full of umami — this veggie-packed dish is ready in under 20 minutes!

🍄 Ingredients:

2 cups broccoli florets

1 ½ cups sliced mushrooms (cremini, button, or shiitake work well)

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)

1 tbsp sesame oil or olive oil

1 tsp fresh grated ginger (optional)

1 tbsp water (for steaming)

Sesame seeds and green onion for garnish (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic (and ginger, if using) and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add mushrooms, cook for 4–5 minutes until they release moisture and start to brown.

Toss in broccoli and stir for 1–2 minutes. Add 1 tbsp of water and cover the pan to steam for another 2–3 minutes, or until broccoli is tender-crisp.

Add soy sauce, stir everything together, and cook for another minute until well coated.

Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds or sliced green onions if desired.

✨ Serve on its own, over rice, or alongside grilled protein for a complete meal!
