Morning Wellness Tonic (Honey + Apple Cider Vinegar)

🥄 Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon raw honey

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (with “the mother”)

  • 1 cup warm water (not hot)

  • Optional:

    • ½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice

    • A pinch of ground ginger or cinnamon


🧑‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Warm your water until it’s lukewarm (avoid boiling—it can destroy nutrients in honey).

  2. Add the apple cider vinegar.

  3. Stir in the honey until fully dissolved.

  4. Add optional lemon or spices if desired.

  5. Drink slowly, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.

The claims in the image (curing bone pain, depression, insomnia, hemorrhoids, etc.) are not scientifically proven. This drink may:

  • Support digestion

  • Help hydration

  • Provide mild antioxidant benefits

But it will NOT cure multiple serious conditions.
