🌿 Cilantro Jalapeño Dip (Creamy Style)
🧾 Ingredients
1 cup fresh cilantro, packed (leaves + tender stems)
1–2 jalapeños, stems removed
Remove seeds for mild, keep for spicy
½ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
¼ cup mayonnaise
1–2 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
2 Tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
¼ tsp ground cumin (optional but great)
2–4 Tbsp water or milk (to thin, as needed)
🥣 Instructions
Prep the jalapeños
Slice and remove seeds if you want less heat.
Blend everything
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping sides as needed.
Adjust consistency & seasoning
Add water or milk a tablespoon at a time until desired thickness.
Taste and adjust salt or lime juice.
Chill (optional but recommended)
Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes for best flavor.
