🍕 Pepperoni Pizza Bombs
🧾 Ingredients
1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
or pizza dough cut into 2-inch pieces4 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
½ cup pepperoni slices
½ cup pizza or marinara sauce (for dipping)
2 Tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Optional: red pepper flakes
🥣 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat Oven
Preheat to 375°F (190°C)
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
2️⃣ Prep Dough
Separate biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle
3️⃣ Fill
Place:
2–3 pepperoni slices
1 cube of mozzarella
Optional: add a small spoon of sauce (don’t overfill)
4️⃣ Seal
Pull dough edges up and pinch tightly to seal
Roll into a smooth ball and place seam-side down
5️⃣ Season
Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning
Brush over each dough ball
Sprinkle with Parmesan and red pepper flakes
6️⃣ Bake
Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown
7️⃣ Serve
Let cool 5 minutes
Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping

Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes
Shake basket halfway
