Carnivore Breakfast Sandwich (No Bread, No Plants)
Ingredients (Makes 3 sandwiches)
Carnivore “Buns”
4 large eggs
½ cup full-fat cream cheese (softened)
½ cup shredded mozzarella (or cheddar)
¼ tsp salt
Filling
½ lb (225 g) ground beef
½ tsp salt
3 slices cheddar or American cheese
Butter or beef tallow (for cooking)
Instructions
Make the Carnivore Buns
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, whisk eggs until smooth.
Add cream cheese, shredded cheese, and salt.
Blend or whisk until fully smooth.
Grease a muffin top pan or baking tray.
Pour batter into round bun-sized circles.
Bake 12–15 minutes until puffed and golden.
Cool slightly (they firm up as they cool).
Cook the Beef Patties
Divide beef into 3 thin patties.
Season with salt.
Heat skillet over medium-high with butter or tallow.
Cook 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
Assemble & Melt
Place one bun bottom in a skillet.
Add beef patty.
Top with cheese slice.
Add top bun.
Cook on low heat, covered, 1–2 minutes per side until cheese melts and buns are golden.
Optional Upgrades
Add a fried egg inside
Use sausage patties instead of beef
Add extra cheese inside the bun
