👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Season the Shrimp
Pat shrimp dry. Toss with salt, pepper, paprika, and olive oil.
2️⃣ Sear the Shrimp
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add shrimp in a single layer.
Cook 1–2 minutes per side until just pink.
Remove shrimp and set aside (don’t overcook).
3️⃣ Make the Sauce
Reduce heat to medium.
Add butter to the same pan.
Stir in garlic; cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in chicken stock (or wine), scraping up browned bits.
Simmer 2–3 minutes to reduce slightly.
4️⃣ Creamy Tuscan Magic
Stir in cream, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and chili flakes.
Simmer gently 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Add sun-dried tomatoes and spinach; cook until spinach wilts.
5️⃣ Finish
Return shrimp to pan.
Simmer 1–2 minutes until shrimp is heated through.
Taste and adjust salt & pepper.
🍽 Serving Ideas
Toss with fettuccine or penne
Spoon over rice or mashed potatoes
Serve with garlic bread to soak up the sauce
🔥 Pro Tips
Use heavy cream — milk will curdle.
Grate Parmesan fresh (pre-shredded doesn’t melt well).
Don’t boil the sauce; keep it at a gentle simmer.
Shrimp should be just cooked or they’ll turn rubbery.
🔄 Variations
🐔 Swap shrimp for chicken breast
