❓ Q & A

Q: Why add water?
A: The water creates steam, helping the egg cook gently like traditional poaching.

Q: Can I make this without ramekins?
A: Ramekins are best. Silicone cups also work well.

Q: Are air fryer poached eggs healthy?
A: Yes! No oil or butter needed—high protein, low calories.

Q: Can I reheat them?
A: Best eaten fresh. Reheating can overcook the yolk.
