- ¾ cup (180ml) warm water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
For the Pizza Sauce

- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp oregano
- ¼ tsp chili flakes (optional)
Toppings
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup mushrooms, sliced
- ¼ cup red onion, diced
- ¼ cup green bell pepper, diced
- ¼ cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1–2 jalapeños or red chili, sliced (optional)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Dough
- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil.
- Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Step 2: Shape the Pizzas
- Punch down the dough and divide it into 2 equal portions.
- Roll each into an oval or round mini pizza about ¼ inch thick.
- Lightly prick the dough with a fork to prevent large air bubbles.
Step 3: Assemble
- Spread 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on each pizza.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously.
- Add mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, and jalapeños.
- Finish with Italian seasoning, chili flakes, and a light drizzle of olive oil.
Step 4: Air Fry
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 3 minutes.
- Place one pizza in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 7–9 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Repeat with the second pizza.
Step 5: Serve
Let the pizzas cool for 2 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh basil, parsley, or extra chili flakes if desired. Serve with garlic dip, ranch, or your favorite sauce.
Tips
- For a crispier crust, pre-cook the plain dough for 2–3 minutes before adding toppings.
- Add olives, sweet corn, spinach, or paneer for extra flavor.
- Use cheddar, provolone, or a pizza cheese blend for a richer taste.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days and reheat in the air fryer for 2–3 minutes.
