Mediterranean Burrata Board Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 burrata balls
- 2 chicken breasts
- 3 cups cherry tomatoes (red & yellow)
- 1 cup Kalamata olives
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and halved
- Fresh basil leaves
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Balsamic Herb Dressing
- 3 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Pinch of chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the Chicken
- Season chicken with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp olive oil.
- Grill or pan-sear for 6–7 minutes per side until cooked through. Slice or leave whole.
- Roast the Tomatoes
- Toss cherry tomatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 15–20 minutes until soft and slightly blistered.
- Toast the Bread
- Brush baguette slices with olive oil.
- Toast in the oven for 5–7 minutes or grill until golden.
- Make the Dressing
- Whisk together balsamic glaze, olive oil, garlic, oregano, parsley, and chili flakes.
- Assemble
- Arrange burrata down the center of a serving board.
- Add grilled chicken, roasted tomatoes, olives, artichokes, and basil around the cheese.
- Drizzle with the balsamic herb dressing.
- Finish with cracked black pepper, flaky sea salt, and a little extra olive oil.
- Serve immediately with toasted baguette.
