BBQ Glazed Meatloaf with Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
For the Meatloaf
2 lbs (900 g) ground beef (80/20)
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1 small onion, finely diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
BBQ Glaze
½ cup BBQ sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
Roasted Potatoes
1½ lbs baby potatoes, halved
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the center of a baking pan.
Toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Arrange them around the meatloaf.
Mix the BBQ sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard. Brush half of the glaze over the meatloaf.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Remove from the oven, brush with the remaining glaze, and continue baking for 20–25 minutes, or until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) and the potatoes are golden and tender.
Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
