Creamy Cottage Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 220 g (1 cups) Cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Ranch seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon Milk
  • 5 g Fresh herbs

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.

  • Once you have blended everything together and transferred it to a bowl, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. This allows the flavours to meld together beautifully.
  • If you prefer a chunkier texture, simply mix by hand and don’t blend the dip ingredients.
  • If you want to keep this dip really simple, then you could just blend the cottage cheese with some fresh dill.
