1/4 cup oil (50 ml, use a healthy oil like coconut or avocado)
1/3 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (70 g)
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 large egg
1 tsp baking soda
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, rice flour, sugar substitute, cocoa powder, and baking soda.
Add Egg: Add the egg and mix well.
Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix the agave syrup, oil, and applesauce.
Combine Ingredients: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a solid dough forms.
Add Chocolate Chips: Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
Form Cookies: Form small balls of dough, flatten them slightly, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake: Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
Cool: Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
