Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 small cabbage, shredded
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
1 cup cooked rice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
Mix in shredded cabbage and cooked rice. Combine well.
Transfer mixture to the baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cabbage is tender and cheese is melted.
