Carnivore Candy (Zero-Carb Treat)

🍬 Carnivore Candy (Zero-Carb Treat)

Crispy | Sweet-ish | 100% Animal-Based

🥓 Ingredients (Base Version):

  • 4–6 slices bacon (sugar-free, ideally thick-cut)

  • 1 tbsp beef tallow or bacon grease

  • Optional: pinch of salt

🍬 Optional Sweet Carnivore Version:

  • 1–2 tsp powdered allulose (zero-carb, carnivore-acceptable sweetener)

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional, omit for strict version)

  • Dash of cinnamon (optional, carnivore-ish)

🔥 Instructions:

🥓 Option 1: Air Fryer or Oven Method

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (or oven to 400°F).

  2. Prepare bacon: Lay bacon flat and brush with melted tallow. Optional: sprinkle with a tiny bit of powdered allulose.

  3. Cook:

    • Air fryer: 10–12 minutes until crispy.

    • Oven: 15–18 minutes on a wire rack over a baking sheet.

  4. Cool: Let bacon cool completely — it will crisp up even more.

  5. Break into pieces — now you have crispy, fatty carnivore “candy”!

🥩 Option 2: Beef Jerky Candy

  1. Use crispy beef jerky chips or dehydrated beef fat (suet).

  2. Toss in melted tallow + optional allulose while still warm.

  3. Let cool and harden — becomes like a sweet meat crisp.
