🛒 Ingredients
1 medium head cauliflower
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika (smoked or regular)
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder (optional)
¼ teaspoon chili powder or cayenne (optional, for heat)
👩🍳 Instructions
Prepare the cauliflower
Wash and dry the cauliflower.
Cut into bite-sized florets (try to keep them similar in size).
Season
In a large bowl, add cauliflower, olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and any optional spices.
Toss until all florets are evenly coated.
Preheat air fryer (optional but recommended)
Preheat to 380°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
Air fry
Place cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer (cook in batches if needed).
Cook at 380°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Check doneness
Cauliflower should be golden brown on the edges and tender inside.
Add 1–2 more minutes if you want extra crispiness.
