🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder (optional)

  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder or cayenne (optional, for heat)

  1. Prepare the cauliflower

    • Wash and dry the cauliflower.

    • Cut into bite-sized florets (try to keep them similar in size).

  2. Season

    • In a large bowl, add cauliflower, olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and any optional spices.

    • Toss until all florets are evenly coated.
