1 lb large or jumbo shrimp, peeled & deveined (tails on or off)
1Β½ tablespoons olive oil
Β½ teaspoon salt
Β½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika (smoked or regular)
Β½ teaspoon onion powder
ΒΌ teaspoon chili flakes or cayenne (optional)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Prep shrimp
Pat shrimp completely dry with paper towels (this helps them crisp, not steam).
Season
In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and chili flakes if using.
Preheat air fryer
Preheat to 400Β°F (200Β°C) for 2β3 minutes.
Air fry
Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the basket.
Cook for 7β10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Finish
Shrimp are done when pink, opaque, and curled into a loose βCβ shape.
Remove immediately and drizzle with lemon juice.
Garnish with parsley if desired.
