🥚 Air Fryer Soft-Boiled Eggs Recipe
✅ Ingredients:
2 to 6 large eggs (as many as you want, depending on your air fryer size)
Water (for ice bath)
🍳 Equipment:
Air fryer
Bowl with ice water
Tongs or spoon
⏲️ Cook Time & Temp:
Temperature: 270°F (132°C) (adjust to 275°F/135°C if your air fryer doesn’t go that low)
Cook Time: 9–10 minutes for soft-boiled eggs
🔪 Instructions:
Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (132°C), if your model requires preheating.
Place eggs directly into the air fryer basket. You don’t need to add oil or foil.
Cook for 9–10 minutes:
9 minutes → very soft yolk, barely set whites
10 minutes → slightly more set, jammy yolk
While the eggs cook, prepare an ice bath: Fill a bowl with cold water and lots of ice.
When the timer goes off, immediately transfer the eggs to the ice bath to stop cooking.
Let sit in the ice water for 5 minutes.
Gently crack and peel the eggs — tap lightly and roll on the counter to loosen the shell.

Older eggs peel easier than fresh ones.
