Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp each of paprika and garlic powder
- 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- Buffalo Wild Wings Medium Sauce
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Garlic Bread
- Ranch
Instructions
- Spray a slow cooker with cooking spray. Add one pound of chicken. Season with pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and 1 tbsp of a ranch seasoning packet.
- Add the Buffalo Wild Wing Medium Sauce. I use just enough of the sauce to cover the chicken.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Shred the chicken and add it back to the slow cooker. Add just a little bit more of the Medium sauce if needed.
- Cook garlic bread according to the directions on the package. Add a scoop of buffalo chicken to the cooked garlic bread. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake for just a couple of minutes to melt the cheese. Top with ranch and serve!
