🥚 Carnivore Breakfast Sandwich (No Bread, No Plants)

🧀 Ingredients (Makes 3 sandwiches)

Carnivore “Buns”

  • 4 large eggs

  • ½ cup full-fat cream cheese (softened)

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella (or cheddar)

  • ¼ tsp salt

Filling

  • ½ lb (225 g) ground beef

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 3 slices cheddar or American cheese

  • Butter or beef tallow (for cooking)


🔥 Instructions

1️⃣ Make the Carnivore Buns

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs until smooth.

  3. Add cream cheese, shredded cheese, and salt.

  4. Blend or whisk until fully smooth.

  5. Grease a muffin top pan or baking tray.

  6. Pour batter into round bun-sized circles.

  7. Bake 12–15 minutes until puffed and golden.

  8. Cool slightly (they firm up as they cool).


2️⃣ Cook the Beef Patties

  1. Divide beef into 3 thin patties.

  2. Season with salt.

  3. Heat skillet over medium-high with butter or tallow.

  4. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until browned.


3️⃣ Assemble & Melt

  1. Place one bun bottom in a skillet.

  2. Add beef patty.

  3. Top with cheese slice.

  4. Add top bun.

  5. Cook on low heat, covered, 1–2 minutes per side until cheese melts and buns are golden.


🔥 Optional Upgrades

  • Add a fried egg inside 🍳

  • Use sausage patties instead of beef

  • Add extra cheese inside the bun
