Carnivore Cheesy Bread
Ingredients
2 large eggs
1 ½ cups shredded cheese
Mozzarella (best for bread-like texture)
Cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a mix also works
2 tablespoons cream cheese (optional but recommended for softness)
¼ teaspoon salt (optional, depending on cheese)
1 tablespoon melted butter or beef tallow (optional, for richness)
Instructions
Preheat oven
Set oven to 375°F (190°C)
Line a baking tray with parchment paper
Mix batter
In a bowl, whisk the eggs well
Add shredded cheese and cream cheese
Mix until thick and sticky
Stir in salt if using
Shape the bread
Spoon mixture onto the baking tray
Spread into a flat rectangle or round (about ½ inch thick)
Bake
Bake for 15–20 minutes
Edges should be golden and center set
Optional crisp
Brush with melted butter or tallow
Broil for 1–2 minutes (watch closely)
Cool slightly
Let rest 5 minutes before slicing

Great replacement for bread or flatbread
Variations (Still Carnivore)
Extra crispy: Bake thinner
Pull-apart style: Use mostly mozzarella
More savory: Add extra cheddar or parmesan
Pan version: Cook in a buttered skillet on low, covered
