🥘 Carnivore Chicken Casserole (Creamy & Cheesy)
✅ Ingredients
2 lbs (900 g) chicken thighs or chicken breast (boneless, skinless)
8 oz (225 g) cream cheese (full-fat)
1 cup heavy cream
1½ cups shredded cheese
(cheddar, mozzarella, Colby Jack, or a mix — carnivore-safe)4 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt (to taste)
½ tsp black pepper (optional if you allow minimal seasoning)
½ tsp garlic powder (optional — omit for strict carnivore)
🔪 Instructions
Preheat oven
Set oven to 375°F (190°C).Cook the chicken
Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken and salt; cook until just done (5–7 minutes).
Remove from heat.
Make the creamy sauce
In the same skillet (low heat), add cream cheese and heavy cream.
Stir until smooth and creamy.
Add half of the shredded cheese and stir until melted.
Assemble casserole
Add cooked chicken back into the sauce and mix well.
Transfer to a greased baking dish (9×13 or similar).
Top with remaining shredded cheese.
Bake
Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
Rest & serve
Let sit 5 minutes before serving.

Extra rich: Add 2–3 egg yolks to the sauce (off heat) for custard-like texture.
Crispy top: Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end.
