Ingredients:
½ cup cottage cheese (full-fat, no additives if strict carnivore)
2 large eggs
¼ cup shredded mozzarella (optional, adds structure)
Pinch of salt (optional)
Butter or ghee for greasing the pan

Instructions:
Blend the Batter:
In a blender or food processor, combine:½ cup cottage cheese
2 eggs
(Optional) ¼ cup mozzarella
Blend until smooth—about 20–30 seconds.
Preheat the Pan:
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter, ghee, or beef tallow.Cook the Wraps:
Pour half of the batter into the pan and swirl it into a thin, crepe-like circle.
Cook for 2–3 minutes until the bottom is set and edges lift easily.
Flip carefully and cook another 1–2 minutes.Cool & Fill:
Let cool slightly. The wrap will firm up as it cools. Fill with meat, eggs, or just roll it up and snack as-is.
