Carnivore Sausage Soup
Ingredients:
• 300g beef sausage (or your favorite sausage), sliced
• 200g ground meat (beef, chicken, or pork)
• 500ml bone broth (beef/chicken)
• 1 tbsp butter or animal fat
• 1 egg (optional, for extra protein)
• Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat butter in a pot, sauté the sausage and ground meat until browned.
2. Pour in the bone broth and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. For a creamier texture, slowly pour in a whisked egg while stirring.
5. Serve hot!
