Cheesy Garlic Herb Pull-Apart Bread

2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count each)
OR 1 lb pizza dough, cut into pieces
Cheese Filling
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
½ cup grated Parmesan
4 oz cream cheese, cubed (optional but adds richness)
Garlic Herb Butter
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh thyme (or 1 tsp dried)
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Optional: pinch red pepper flakes

👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep Oven & Pan
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9×5 loaf pan thoroughly (or line with parchment).
2️⃣ Prepare Dough
If using biscuit dough:
Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces.
If using pizza dough:
Cut into 1–1½ inch chunks.
Set aside.
3️⃣ Make Garlic Herb Butter
In a bowl:
Melt butter.
Stir in garlic, herbs, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning.
Let sit 5 minutes so flavors infuse.
4️⃣ Assemble the Bread
Toss dough pieces in garlic butter until coated.
In a large bowl, combine cheeses.
Layer in loaf pan:
Add a layer of dough pieces.
Sprinkle generous handful of cheese.
Repeat layers until everything is used.
Pour any remaining garlic butter over top.
Finish with extra Parmesan on top.
Do not press down too tightly — air pockets help it bake fluffy.
5️⃣ Bake
Bake for 30–35 minutes.
Top should be deep golden brown.
Internal temp should reach about 190°F (88°C).
If browning too quickly, loosely tent with foil last 10 minutes.
6️⃣ Rest Before Removing
Let cool in pan for 10 minutes.
Run knife along edges and carefully remove.
