Creamy Stovetop Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 4 cups elbow macaroni noodles
  • 4 cups heavy cream
  • 10.5 oz condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cups shredded medium cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to directions on the package.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. Pour heavy cream and cheddar cheese soup into a large pot over medium heat. Stir well.
  4. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to the pot. Stir well again.
  5. Bring the liquid to a boil.
  6. Once the liquid boils, reduce the heat to low and add the cooked macaroni noodles to the pot.
  7. Stir until all of the noodles are coated in sauce.
  8. Add the mozzarella and cheddar to the pot.
  9. Stir until the cheese is melted.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
