🧅 Crispy Air Fryer Onion Rings
Ingredients (4 servings)
Onion Rings
2 large yellow or sweet onions
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs (panko works best for extra crunch)
½ tsp salt
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp black pepper
Cooking spray or olive oil spray

Instructions
Prep the onions
Peel onions and slice into ½-inch thick rings
Separate rings and set aside
Set up breading station
Bowl 1: Flour + salt + spices
Bowl 2: Eggs, beaten
Bowl 3: Breadcrumbs
Coat the rings
Dip onion ring in flour (shake off excess)
Dip into egg
Coat fully in breadcrumbs
Place on a plate and repeat
Preheat air fryer
Preheat to 400°F (205°C) for 3–5 minutes
Air fry
Lightly spray basket with oil
Arrange onion rings in a single layer
Spray tops lightly with oil
Cook 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway
Finish
Cook until golden brown and crispy
Add 1–2 minutes if needed
Serve immediately
