Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
½ cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
2 tbsp cream cheese (optional but tasty)
1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven
Set oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.Prepare pastry
Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into small squares or rectangles.Add filling
Place a little cream cheese and shredded cheese in the center of each square.Season
Sprinkle garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper on top.Fold or twist
Fold into triangles, or
Twist strips to make cheese twists.
Brush and bake
Brush tops with olive oil or melted butter.Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and crispy.Garnish
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm.
