Garlic Butter Baked Shrimp (Seafood Boil Style)

For the Shrimp:

Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • Β½ cup (1 stick / 115g) unsalted butter, melted

  • 5 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (optional but recommended)

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Add-ins (Optional but delicious):

  • 2 corn cobs, cut into halves

  • 1 smoked sausage, sliced

  • Baby potatoes (pre-boiled 10–12 minutes)

  1. If frozen, thaw shrimp completely.

  2. Pat shrimp dry with paper towels (important for roasting).

  3. Place in a large bowl.

  2. Toss well so shrimp are evenly coated.
