For the Chicken
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce
2 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Chicken
Pat chicken dry. Brush with olive oil and season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2️⃣ Grill the Chicken
Preheat grill (or grill pan) to medium-high heat.
Grill chicken for 5–7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Remove and let rest for 5 minutes.
3️⃣ Make the Garlic Parmesan Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat:
Melt butter.
Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth.
Simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Reduce heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4️⃣ Serve
Spoon warm sauce over grilled chicken. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
