High Protein Strawberry Cheesecake Jar

The Creamy, Guilt-Free Treat You’ll Want Every Day

🛒 Ingredients (1 large jar or 2 small servings)

🥣 Cheesecake Filling

  • ½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt

  • ¼ cup low-fat cream cheese, softened

  • ½ scoop (about 15g) vanilla protein powder

  • 1–2 tbsp milk of choice (to thin, if needed)

  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup or preferred sweetener

  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

🍓 Strawberry Layer

  • ½ cup fresh strawberries, diced

  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

  • ½ tsp lemon juice

🍪 Crust Layer

  • 2 tbsp crushed graham crackers (or vanilla protein granola)

  • 1 tsp melted butter or coconut oil (optional, for richer flavor)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Make the Strawberry Layer

  • In a small bowl, mix diced strawberries with maple syrup and lemon juice.

  • Let sit 5–10 minutes to release juices (this creates a natural “sauce”).

2️⃣ Make the Cheesecake Filling

  • In another bowl, beat Greek yogurt and softened cream cheese until smooth.

  • Add protein powder, vanilla, sweetener, and salt.

  • Mix until creamy.

  • Add a splash of milk if needed for a silky texture.

3️⃣ Prepare the Crust

  • Stir crushed graham crackers with melted butter (optional but gives true cheesecake flavor).

4️⃣ Assemble the Jar

Layer in this order:

  1. Crust

  2. Cheesecake filling

  3. Strawberries

Repeat layers if using a larger jar.

5️⃣ Chill

  • Refrigerate at least 30–60 minutes (or overnight for best texture).
