Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 egg

  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs (or crushed crackers)

  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tbsp mustard (optional)

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1–2 tbsp oil for searing

Optional Add-ins

  • 1 tbsp ketchup

  • Chopped parsley (1–2 tbsp)

  • A splash of milk for extra tenderness


For the Roasted Potatoes

  • 4 medium potatoes, cubed (skin on or off)

  • 2–3 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp paprika or smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary

1. Prep and Roast the Potatoes

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Place potato cubes in a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and herbs.

  3. Spread evenly on a baking sheet.

  4. Roast for 25–35 minutes, tossing halfway through, until crisp and golden.


2. Make the Beef Patties

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, mustard (optional), paprika, salt, and pepper.
