Lasagna Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Italian Turkey Sausage (Ground)
  • 1 Onion (Chopped)
  • 4 tsp Garlic (Minced)
  • 1 bsp Italian Seasoning
  • 28 oz Can Tomatoes (Crushed)
  • 5 cup Chicken Broth
  • 8 oz. Lasagna Noodles (Broken Into Pieces)
  • Salt And Pepper To Taste
  • 2 cup Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
  • Parsley For Garnish (Chopped)

Instructions

Step 1. In a skillet over medium high heat, brown the sausage, and cook the onions until softened.
Step 2. Stir in the garlic and Italian seasoning. Saute for 1 minute.
Step 3. Mix in the crushed tomatoes and salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4. Add in the chicken broth and lasagna noodles.
Step 5. Cover and bring to a low boil until the noodles are softened and cooked completely.
Step 6. Mix in the cheese until melted.
Step 7. Add parsley for garnish before serving.
