🛒 Ingredients
For the Hummus
1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
¼ cup tahini
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp salt (or to taste)
2–4 tbsp cold water (for smooth texture)
Toppings
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cucumber, diced
¼ red onion, finely chopped
¼ cup Kalamata olives, sliced
¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp toasted pine nuts (optional)
1 tbsp olive oil (for drizzling)
½ tsp paprika or smoked paprika
For Serving
Warm pita bread or pita chips

1. Prepare the Hummus
In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, cumin, and salt. Blend until smooth.
2. Adjust the Texture
Add cold water, one tablespoon at a time, blending until the hummus becomes extra creamy.
3. Spread the Hummus
Spread the hummus on a large serving plate or shallow bowl. Use the back of a spoon to create swirls.
