Oatmeal Apple Carrot Bake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 2 apples, grated

  • 1 cup carrots, grated

  • 2 eggs

  • ½ cup milk or almond milk

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • ½ tsp vanilla (optional)

  • Pinch salt

  • Optional: raisins, walnuts

 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease an 8-inch pan.

  2. Blend oats into coarse flour or leave whole for texture.

  3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.

  4. Pour into pan and smooth top.

  5. Bake 40–45 minutes until golden and set.

  6. Cool before slicing.

 Tips:

  • Apples provide all the sweetness — no sugar needed.

  • Add nutmeg or ginger for extra warmth.

  • Great for breakfast, snack, or dessert.
