🧾 Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

For the Brie Bites

  • 200g Brie cheese (cut into small cubes)

  • ½ cup pistachios (finely chopped)

  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs (optional, for extra crunch)

  • 1 egg (beaten)

  • 2 tablespoons flour

  • Oil for frying (or use oven/air fryer option below)

For the Raspberry Honey Glaze

  • ½ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • Pinch of salt

🥣 Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Prep the Coating

  • Place flour, beaten egg, and chopped pistachios (mixed with breadcrumbs if using) in separate bowls

2. Coat the Brie

  • Roll each brie cube in flour

  • Dip into egg

  • Coat with pistachio mixture

👉 Press gently so the coating sticks well.

3. Chill (Important!)

  • Place coated bites in the freezer for 15–20 minutes
👉 This prevents the cheese from melting too quickly while cooking

4. Cook the Brie Bites

Option A: Frying

  • Heat oil on medium

  • Fry bites for 1–2 minutes until golden

  • Remove quickly (don’t overcook or cheese will leak)

Option B: Oven

  • Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 8–10 minutes

Option C: Air Fryer

  • Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 6–8 minutes

5. Make Raspberry Honey Glaze

  • In a small pan, add raspberries, honey, lemon juice, and salt

  • Cook on low heat for 5–7 minutes

  • Mash slightly and simmer until thick and glossy

6. Assemble

  • Place warm brie bites on a plate

  • Drizzle with raspberry honey glaze
