Paprika
Salt, pepper, and parsley

2. Form Patties
Shape the mixture into 4–6 small patties, about 2–3 inches in diameter.
Optional: lightly coat the outside with breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
3. Preheat Air Fryer
Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 3–5 minutes.
4. Cook the Patties
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or brush with olive oil.
Place patties in a single layer, leaving space between them.
Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
5. Serve
Serve hot with:
Lemon wedges
Tartar sauce or yogurt dill sauce
Side salad or roasted vegetables
✅ Tips
For extra flavor, add chopped capers, dill, or green onions to the mixture.
Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches if needed.
