- 1–2 tsp zero-calorie sweetener (like stevia/erythritol — optional)
- Salt to taste

🥣 Instructions
1. Prep Cucumbers
- Slice cucumbers into thin rounds or smash them lightly for a rustic texture
- Sprinkle lightly with salt and let sit for 10 minutes
- Drain excess water (this keeps them crunchy)
2. Make the “Bang” Sauce
In a bowl, mix:
