🥔 Air Fryer Baked Potatoes (Crispy Outside, Fluffy Inside)
Ingredients
2–4 medium russet potatoes
1–2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2–4 tablespoons butter (for serving)
Optional garnish:
Chopped parsley or chives
Extra salt or cracked pepper
Instructions
1. Prep the Potatoes
Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly.
Pat completely dry.
Pierce each potato 3–4 times with a fork (important to release steam).
2. Season
Rub each potato with olive oil or melted butter.
Sprinkle evenly with salt and pepper.
3. Air Fry
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Place potatoes directly in the air fryer basket, spaced apart.
Cook for 35–45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Small potatoes: ~35 minutes
Large potatoes: up to 45 minutes
Potatoes are done when a knife slides in easily and skin is crispy.
4. Serve
Slice each potato open.
Fluff the inside with a fork.
Add butter generously and let it melt.
Finish with extra salt, pepper, and parsley if desired.

Tips for Best Results
Russet potatoes work best for fluffy centers.
Don’t overcrowd the basket.
