1 tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste
For the Dijon Cream Sauce:
1 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream (or milk for a lighter version)
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt & black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp chopped parsley
For the Sides:
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup steamed green beans

Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Grill or pan-sear over medium heat for 5β6 minutes per side, until golden and fully cooked.
Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice.

In a pan, melt butter and sautΓ© garlic for 30 seconds.
Add cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
