Dressing

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1–2 tbsp lemon juice (or lime juice)
  • ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • ½ tsp dried oregano (optional, Mediterranean style)

Optional Add-Ins

  • Feta cheese, crumbled
  • Cucumber slices
  • Olives
  • Garlic, finely minced
  • Balsamic glaze drizzle

Instructions

1. Prep the Ingredients

Cut:

  • ripe avocados into chunks
  • tomatoes into wedges or halves
  • red onion into thin slices

Place everything in a large bowl.


2. Make the Dressing

In a small bowl whisk together:

  • olive oil
  • lemon or lime juice
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • chili flakes
  • oregano (optional)

Mix well.


3. Assemble the Salad

Pour dressing over the salad ingredients.

Toss gently to avoid mashing the avocado.
