INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
PREPARATION
- Add butter to a 6 or 8-oz mug. Microwave until melted.
- Stir in sugars, salt, egg yolk, and vanilla. Then stir in flour, followed by the chocolate chips.
- Microwave for 1 minute at 80% power until top springs back. Color will be light.
- Serve with ice cream or whipped cream, if desired, and enjoy!
