🧾 Ingredients
2 large eggs
½ cup sugar
¼ cup vegetable oil (or melted butter)
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup all-purpose flour
3 tbsp cornstarch

Let cool completely — the custard texture sets as it cools.
