🧾 Ingredients
Chicken Mixture
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
(boiled, baked, or rotisserie)
1 large egg
½ cup breadcrumbs
(panko or regular)
½ cup grated mozzarella or cheddar cheese
¼ cup finely chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or cilantro
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
½ tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
2 tbsp milk (optional – for extra softness)
For Baking
1–2 tbsp olive oil or cooking spray
👩🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven
Preheat to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Mix ingredients
In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, cheese, onion, garlic, herbs, spices, salt, and milk.
Mix until well combined but not overworked.
Shape
Scoop about 1½ tbsp of mixture and roll into balls.
Place on the baking tray, spacing slightly apart.
Bake
Lightly brush or spray tops with oil.
Bake for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and firm.
Serve
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
