🥔 Ingredients (2–3 servings)

  • 2 large russet potatoes (best for fries)

  • 1½–2 tbsp oil (olive oil, avocado oil, or vegetable oil)

  • 1 tsp salt (or to taste)

Optional Seasonings

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • Parmesan or seasoning salt (after cooking)

  1. Wash and peel (optional).

  2. Cut into ¼-inch thick fries (even size matters).

  3. Place fries in a bowl of cold water.
