Choose ONE:

  • ½–¾ cupĀ strained plain yogurt

  • OR ½ cupĀ heavy cream + egg yolk

  • OR meltedĀ cheddar + cream cheese blend

(Strict carnivore skips tomato)

  • 1½–2 cupsĀ shredded mozzarella

  • 12–16 ozĀ cooked ground beef or sausage

  • Optional:

    • Pepperoni
