Ā Ingredients
Ā Meat Crust (Thick & Soft)
2 lbs (900g)Ā ground chicken or turkey
(for lighter crust ā OR use 80/20 beef for richer flavor)2 largeĀ eggs
1½ cups shredded mozzarella
½ cup grated Parmesan
1 tspĀ saltĀ (optional)
Ā Carnivore āSauceā Layer
(Optional but recommended ā gives pizza look & moisture)
Choose ONE:
½ā¾ cupĀ strained plain yogurt
OR ½ cup heavy cream + egg yolk
OR meltedĀ cheddar + cream cheese blend
(Strict carnivore skips tomato)
Ā Toppings
1½ā2 cupsĀ shredded mozzarella
12ā16 ozĀ cooked ground beef or sausage
Optional:
Pepperoni
Bacon bits
Extra cheese layerĀ
Ā Instructions
Ā Preheat Oven
Preheat to 400°F (205°C)
Line aĀ rimmed sheet panĀ with parchment paper
Ā Make the Crust
In a large bowl combine:
Ground meat
Eggs
Mozzarella
Parmesan
Salt
Mix well using hands until fully combined
Ā Press Into Pan
Spread mixture evenly into sheet pan
Press firmly into corners
Thickness: about ½ inch
Ā First Bake (Crust)
BakeĀ 18ā20 minutes
Crust should be:
Fully cooked
Lightly golden
Firm enough to hold toppings
Ā Drain excess fat if needed
Ā Add Sauce & Toppings
Spread carnivore āsauceā
Sprinkle mozzarella evenly
Add cooked meat generously
Add extra cheese if desired
Ā Final Bake
Return to ovenĀ 10ā15 minutes
Until cheese is:
Fully melted
Bubbling
Light golden on top
