π₯ Air Fryer Baked Potatoes (Crispy Outside, Fluffy Inside)
Ingredients
2β4 medium russet potatoes
1β2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
Β½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
ΒΌ teaspoon black pepper
2β4 tablespoons butter (for serving)
Optional garnish:
Chopped parsley or chives
Extra salt or cracked pepper
Instructions
1. Prep the Potatoes
Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly.
Pat completely dry.
Pierce each potato 3β4 times with a fork (important to release steam).
2. Season
Rub each potato with olive oil or melted butter.
Sprinkle evenly with salt and pepper.
3. Air Fry
Preheat air fryer to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
Place potatoes directly in the air fryer basket, spaced apart.
Cook for 35β45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Small potatoes: ~35 minutes
Large potatoes: up to 45 minutes
Potatoes are done when a knife slides in easily and skin is crispy.
4. Serve
Slice each potato open.
Fluff the inside with a fork.
Add butter generously and let it melt.
Finish with extra salt, pepper, and parsley if desired.

Tips for Best Results
