Avocado Toast 4 Ways – A Breakfast Favorite!
1) Classic Avocado Toast
Ingredients (1 serving)
1 ripe avocado
1–2 slices sourdough or whole-grain bread
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Salt and black pepper to taste
Red chili flakes (optional)
1 tsp olive oil (optional)
Instructions
Toast the bread until golden and crisp.
In a bowl, mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Spread evenly over the toast.
Sprinkle chili flakes and drizzle olive oil if desired.

2) Avocado Toast with Egg
Ingredients
1 ripe avocado
2 slices bread
1–2 eggs (poached, fried, or soft-boiled)
