Avocado Toast 4 Ways – A Breakfast Favorite!

1) Classic Avocado Toast

Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 1–2 slices sourdough or whole-grain bread

  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • Red chili flakes (optional)

  • 1 tsp olive oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread until golden and crisp.

  2. In a bowl, mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  3. Spread evenly over the toast.

  4. Sprinkle chili flakes and drizzle olive oil if desired.

  5. Serve immediately.


2) Avocado Toast with Egg

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 2 slices bread

  • 1–2 eggs (poached, fried, or soft-boiled)

  • Salt and pepper

  • Red pepper flakes or everything seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread.

  2. Mash avocado with salt and pepper; spread on toast.

  3. Cook eggs to your preference.

  4. Place egg on top of avocado toast.
