Cucumber Lemon Mint Water Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 8–10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1–2 liters cold water
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumber, lemon, and mint thoroughly.
  2. Slice the cucumber and lemon into thin rounds.
  3. Add cucumber slices, lemon slices, and mint leaves into a large pitcher.
  4. Lightly crush the mint leaves with your hands or a spoon to release flavor.
  5. Fill the pitcher with cold water.
  6. Add ice cubes if desired.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours before serving for best flavor.

Optional Add-Ins

  • Fresh ginger slices
  • Lime instead of lemon
  • Chia seeds
  • A little honey for sweetness
