Melted mozzarella
Egg
Salt
Mix well until a sticky dough forms. You may need to knead it with your hands or a spatula.
Shape the Crust
Transfer the dough to your prepared baking sheet. Flatten it out into a round or rectangular shape, about ¼ inch thick. You can use wet hands or parchment paper on top to press it evenly.Bake the Crust

Remove from the oven and add your:Optional tomato sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Cooked meats
Bake Again
Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.Cool & Serve
Let the pizza cool for 3–5 minutes before slicing. This helps the crust firm up.
🍽 Tips & Variations
For a zero-carb carnivore version, skip the tomato sauce and use only cheese and meats.
Want extra crisp? After the first bake, flip the crust before adding toppings and bake another 2 minutes.
Add herbs like oregano or garlic powder to the crust if you allow seasonings in your version of carnivore.
