🍠Air Fryer Baked Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients (2–4 servings)
2–4 medium sweet potatoes
1–2 tsp olive oil (optional, for crispier skin)
½ tsp salt (optional)
Toppings (optional):
Butter
Cinnamon
Honey or maple syrup
Greek yogurt or sour cream
Instructions
Wash & dry
Scrub sweet potatoes well and pat completely dry.
Pierce
Use a fork to poke 5–6 holes around each potato (prevents bursting).
Oil & season (optional)
Rub lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Air fry
Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
Place sweet potatoes in the basket (don’t overcrowd).
Cook for 35–45 minutes, flipping halfway.
Check doneness
A knife should slide in easily.
If not tender, cook in 5-minute increments.
Rest & serve
Let cool 5 minutes.
Slice open and add toppings.
